Creamy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together eggs, sugar and cornstarch
  2. Add vinegar and water
  3. Cook on medium high heat until thickened
  4. Remove from heat, add mayonnaise
  5. Let cool slightly, then pour over broccoli.
  6. Mix, cover and let chill for a minimum four hours.
  7. Add raisins, sunflower seeds, bacon bits and onion up to 1 hour before serving.
  8. Mix well and serve!!!
