Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup drippings from roasted wild turkey breast
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine drippings and flour in a large skillet, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in salt and pepper.
