Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 block of cream cheese or so.
  • 1 medium. onion
  • tbsp. butter

Directions:

  1. Make your mashed potatoes as you normally would.
  2. When done, add cream cheese, mix well.
  3. Take the onion, chop, and cook in 1 tbsp. butter on med/low heat til lightly browned.
  4. Add to potatoes and mix.
