Cranberry Orange Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped almonds
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 orange , zest of

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer for two minutes.
  3. Pour into two greased loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until golden brown and tops are split.
