Cranberry-Ginger Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar with one cup water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook five minutes.
  3. Add cranberries.
  4. Return to a boil.
  5. Cook stirring once or twice just til their skins pop. (about 5 mins).
  6. Stir in ginger, vermouth, soya sauce and cayenne.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. Serve at room temperature.
