  6. /2 cup butter
  7. Tablespoon ground mustard
  8. Teaspoon salt
  9. Teaspoon ground cumin
  10. /8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  11. Cup all-purpose flour
  12. Eggs
  13. Cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
  14. Can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed

  16. In a large saucepan, bring the water, butter, mustard, salt, cumin
  17. And hot pepper sauce to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir until
