Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Mix together the first eight ingredients.
  4. Press meat mixture into pie plate.
  5. Combine rice, tomato sauce,water and 1/4 cup of cheese.
  6. Spoon rice mixture into meat mixture.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  8. Uncover and top with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes.
