Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and evaporated milk.
  3. Press firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9 pie plate.
  4. Bake 35-40 minutes.
  5. Spoon off drippings.
  6. Combine warm spaghetti noodles with egg, parmesan cheese and butter.
  7. Spread in baked meat shell.
  8. Top with pizza sauce, then mozzarella cheese, then green pepper rings.
  9. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
