Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large resealable bag,combine first 9 ingredients. Place the buttermilk in a shallow bowi. Dip chicken in buttermilk,then in the bag,a few pieces at a time,and shake to coat.
  2. Place in 13x9 baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 10 mins;drizzle with butter. Bake 30-40 mins longer or till juices run clear.
