Ingredients:

  • 3 -5 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt and pepper (i like it with lots of black pepper)

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into 1 cubes.
  2. Chop onion.
  3. Heat iron skillet over high heat until hot to prevent sticking.
  4. Crumble the corned beef and place in the skillet, add potatoes and onion.
  5. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
  6. Turn heat down to barely boiling and cook until the potatoes and onions are done.
  7. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and add more water if needed.
