Ingredients:

  • 4 cups frozen corn
  • 1/3 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 3/4 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cilantro

Directions:

  1. Cook up the bacon with all the seasoning, adding the onions when the bacon is about 3/4 of the way done.
  2. Add the corn and tomatoes, and let simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally until everything is hot.
