  1. In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder. In a medium bowl, stir together black beans and corn. Toss with vinegar and oil dressing and garnish with cilantro. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
