Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In small saucepan, cover egg with water. Bring to boil, then continue boiling 3-5 minutes.
  2. In bowl, crush soda crackers. Add margarine and soft-cooked egg. Mix well.
  3. Season to taste and enjoy.
