Cold Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 loaf of bread

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray deep dish pie plate with Pam
  3. Mix top four ingredients
  4. Crumble Bread into wet ingredients
  5. You want this mixture to be a little thick if still runny add more bread
  6. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Sugar
  7. Cook for about 10 minutes or until it is no longer juicy.
