Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix thoroughly beef, egg, soy powder and salt; shape into 50 small 1/2 inch.
  2. Meatballs. Arrange in shallow baking pan (12 x 8 x 2 inches). Broil 4 inches.
  3. From heat until browned; turn once. Pour off fat.
  4. Meanwhile, in sauce-pan, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add meatballs and remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
