Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 -1 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions:

  1. Combine ground beef, 1/3 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, egg, onion flakes, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well, shape into 1 inch balls. Place in slow cooker.
  2. Combine 1 cup ketchup, brown sugar, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Pour over meatballs.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
