Festive Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • for the meatballs
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine all the meatball ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well.
  2. Shape into 1 inch meatballs, and place on a jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake at 18 minutes or until brown.
  4. Combine the sauce ingredients, heat over stove until heated through, or slightly bubbling.
  5. Let cool for 3-5 minutes, and pour over meatballs.
