Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook shrimp; remove heads, shells, legs and devein.
  2. Clean and cut each baby bella in half.
  3. Put shrimp, mushrooms and peppers in a bowl. And black olives if using.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, mustard and horseradish.
  5. Pour over shrimp mixture.
  6. Cover and marinate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  7. Drain marinade from shrimp mixture.
  8. Thread, equally, shrimp, pepper, mushroom and olives onto wooden skewers. Add avocado pieces ,if using, at this time too.
  9. Serve with extra napkins to catch any marinade that drips when enjoying!
