Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Wash cuttingboard with soap and water.
  2. Rinse. Then gently and slowly pour lemon juice OR hydrogen peroxide on the cuttingboard. Make sure to cover well.
  3. Let sit for 1 minute.
  4. Rinse and let cuttingboard air dry. (You may be able to use less lemon juice. I just approximated the amount since I normally just pour it out of the bottle).
  5. ** If you don't have lemon juice, use 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide and let sit for 1 minute. You will see bubbles and know its working. Make sure to rinse really well and air dry.
