Cinnamon Carrot Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (10 inch unbaked pie crust
  • preheat oven 400

Directions:

  1. Combined carrots milk sugar eggs salt ginger and cinnamon
  2. Beat for 2 minutes
  3. Pour into unbkaked pie shell
  4. Bake 15 minutes lower heat to 350 degrees bake 45 minutes longer or untill filling is set.
