Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat Crockpot with non-stick cooking spray
  2. Place potatoes in crockpot
  3. Add water
  4. Cover and Cook on LOW 7-8 hours*, until tender
  5. Stir in ranch dressing, chives and cheese (optional)
  6. Use spoon and break potatoes into chunks as stirring
  7. Serve Hot or Cold.
  8. *(in a hurry: Cook on High 4-5 hours)
