Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut a strip of peel from the middle of each potato.
  2. Place potatoes and water in slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  4. Drain.
  5. Combine butter lemon juice, chives, and parsley, and pour over potatoes.
  6. Toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
