Ingredients:

  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 cup. oatmeal
  • 2 cup. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup. brown sugar
  • 10 tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Crumb first 6 ingredients together. Spread in 9x13 inch pan, reserving 1/3 of mixture for top. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle bag of semi-sweet chocolate morsels over baked oatmeal mixture. Melt caramels and milk and pour over the top. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over this and bake 15 minutes more at 350 degrees.
