Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 (6 oz) package chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Beat altogether (not chips).
  2. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate bits over batter and bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
  4. Needs no frosting.
