Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • quik chocolate milk mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • ice (about 2 cups)

Directions:

  1. Put ice into blender, and pulverize.
  2. Add peeled bananas, milk, sugar, and Chocolate Quik mix to taste.
  3. (I use about 2 to 3 tablespoons) Blend until smooth and mixed.
