  • 3 small strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 packets of splenda
  • 8 fl oz milk
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Serve in a tall glass and sip slowly to avoid brain freeze.
