Ingredients:

  • 11/2 cups or 210g plain flour
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup or 125ml water
  • 1/2 cup or 100g vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup or 75g chocolate chip

Directions:

  1. Preparation:
  2. Preheat oven to 190˚C.
  3. Line bun tin with 12 holes with muffin paper cases.
  4. Mix plain flour, cacao powder, baking powder, Sweetened Condensed Milk and water in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer for 3 minutes or until ingredients are well combined.
  5. Mix oil, eggs and vanilla powder in a separate mixing bowl for 4-5 minutes or until the mixture becomes foamy. Gradually add mixture into the dough mixture with chocolate chip chocolates and mix until well combined. Do not over mix.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the muffin paper cases. Fill only three quarters of each case then bake for 20 minutes or until baked and puffed. Take out to cool in room temperature for 3 minutes then remove the paper cases from the holes and keep to cool on a wire rack.
