Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Grease two 9 inch cake pans.
  2. Pre heat oven to 350.
  3. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
  4. Add the milk, vegetable oil,2 eggs, vanilla, and boiling water.
  5. Beat for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour evenly into the two pans.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes.
