Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chili powder

Directions:

  1. Sliced the potatoes into large fries.
  2. Add the oil and chili powder to the bag and close.
  3. Squeeze the bag, until the oil and chili powder are mixed.
  4. Then add the potatoes and seal the bag.
  5. Shake the potatoes in the bag and remove.
  6. Lay them on a lightly greased or sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour or until fork tender.
