Sweet Potato Buffalo Fries

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes into 1 inch wedges.
  3. Toss with oil.
  4. Mix together seasonings, sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and roast 30 minutes, turning often, until golden.
  6. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
