Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute (do not let it brown). Add the broth, pepper and salt to taste and bring to a boil.
  3. Add teh pasta and cook, stiriing occasionally until the broth is nearly absorbed and pasta is al dente, about 6 minutes. stir in chickpeas and parsley. Sprinkle with cheese and almonds before serving.
