Ingredients:

  • 3/4lb. party wings
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 14 oz. jar apricot preserves

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325,place wings in baking dish. In a small bowl combine all other ingredients. Stir and pour over wings. Bake about 2 hours turning wings a couple of times. Cook till they come off the bone easily. May not take the full 2 hours.
