Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into small chunks.slice the onions and mushrooms.
  2. Spray pan with oil and saute the onions and chicken.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes.
  4. Add chicken stock. bring to a boil; turn down the heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
