Directions:

  1. Saute onion, bell pepper, & celery in olive oil
  2. Bring broth to boil, mix with browned flour
  3. Add vegetables to broth
  4. Add chicken & sausage & seasoning
  5. Cook for 1 hour
  6. Add okra, cook 45 minutes
  7. Add green onion % parsley
  8. Serve
