Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 220 degrees celsius.
  2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  3. Put chicken, herbs, breadcrumbs and some salt and pepper into food processor.
  4. Blitz till all minced up well together.
  5. Divide mince mixture into 2 portions.
  6. Place each portion down centre of each pastry sheet.
  7. Roll pastry over filling to make sausage roll.
  8. Press ends together to seal well and place on trays.
  9. Place with seam side down.
  10. Bake 30 minutes until golden.
  11. Serve with tomato sauce or sweet chili sauce.
