Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup water packed artichocke hearts rinsed drained quartered
  • 1/2 cup cruumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. tarrogon vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried tarrogon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combined first 7 ingredients
  2. In small bowl:whisk the dressing ingredients
  3. Pour over chicken mixture : toss to coat.
  4. Refrigerate till ready to serve
