Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice, preferably to the al dente stage (still some bite left in it)
  2. In a saucepan (large) combine all of the afforementioned ingredients except the cheeses.
  3. Simmer over low heat for 40 minutes, or until everything is tender.
  4. Next, add the rice, and continue simmering until the rice is tender.
  5. Plate it, and sprinkle with the cheeses.
  6. Delicious!! :+D
