Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400*F
  2. Place chicken in a large, greased baking dish.
  3. Arrange the potatoes around the chicken.
  4. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cheese.
  5. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 20-30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and chicken juices run clear.
