Chicken Pizza With Caramelized Red Onion

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skilet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and stir- cook until transparent.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano & basil.
  4. Continue to stir- cook until liquid has evaporated (about 10 minutes) and onions are caramelized.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Preheat oven at 400°F.
  7. Spread onions over pizza crust.
  8. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and spread over onions.
  9. Sprinkle with feta, parsley& chopped tomatoes.
  10. Bake for 10-15 mintues or until crust is brown and crisp.
