Directions:

  1. Cook quinoa in pan or rice cooker, 1 cup quinoa/2 cups water-about 20 minutes.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
  3. Fry in 1/2 inch oil over medium high heat or bake on an oiled pan in the oven at 350 until brown on both sides.
