Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine eggs, salt and pepper.
  2. Dip chicken into egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Brown chicken in hot oil in a large skillet.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Place chicken in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan.
  6. Drain oil from skillet.
  7. Combine tomato sauce, basil and garlic powder in skillet.
  8. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes until thick.
  9. Stir in butter.
  10. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  12. Uncover and top with mozzarella.
  13. Bake 10 minutes more.
