Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cube chicken breast and stir fry. Remove from pan.
  2. Cook onions and carrots until tender, not brown. Then stir in mushrooms.
  3. Add soup and stir.
  4. Add chicken back to pan.
  5. Simmer, uncovered, 20 - 25 minutes.
  6. Cook noodles when simmering is almost complete.
  7. Serve chicken mixture over noodles
