Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Dredge chicken in flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper
  2. Saute and then remove from pan
  3. Saute mushrooms and zucchini
  4. Add chicken broth, wine, and rest of ingredients
  5. Cook down a bit
  6. Add chicken back for two minutes
