Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a stock pot over med-high heat.
  2. Add onions,carrot,celery and green pepper and cook till tender 2-3 mins. Sprinkle with flour,salt and pepper,stirring gently to combine.
  3. Gradually mix in the boiling water and tomatoes,stirring till smooth.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and add appl,thyme and parsley. Simer 3o mins. Add milkand chicken and cook till heated through.
