Chicken-Cheddar-Broccoli Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine 2 cups cheese, broccoli, chicken and onion in bowl.
  3. Spread into a greased 10 pie plate.
  4. In small bowl, beat together milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper until well blended.
  5. Pour over chicken-broccoli mixture.
  6. DO NOT STIR!
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  9. Turn off oven and return pie to oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese on top is melted.
