Chicken and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line pie pan (9 ) with premade pie crust.
  2. Saute onions and garlic until soft. Add chicken, cook until warm. Add spinach (if raw spinach, use approx 4 c fresh and saute slightly longer).
  3. Mix together eggs and cheeses.
  4. Add sauted vegs to eggs.
  5. Pour all into prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake until done
