Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Mix together. Form into 30 1 inch meatballs.
  2. Either bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or cook in non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray 5-6 minutes until cooked through and nicely browned.
