Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown chicken over medium heat in sauce pan.
  2. Remove chicken and keep warm.
  3. Reheat sauce pan over medium heat.
  4. Saute onion and garlic until onion is translucent.
  5. Add chicken, broth, oregano, chili powder and combine.
  6. Reduce heat to low.
  7. Cover and cook.
  8. *You can lessen broth and add more chicken and hominy for a thicker soup.
