Chicken and Cauliflower Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 361 g chicken
  • 231 g onion
  • 270 g plain yogurt (really 200g denmark plain yoghurt)
  • 150 ml water

Directions:

  1. Marinade chicken in paste, 15minutes.
  2. Fry onion, add cauliflower.
  3. Add chicken and water.
  4. Simmer until chicken and cauli cooked.
  5. Add yoghurt.
  6. Stir and serve.
