Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
361 g chicken
231 g onion
266 g cauliflower
270 g plain yogurt(really 200g denmark plain yoghurt)
34 g tikka masala paste
150 ml water
Directions:
1. Marinade chicken in paste, 15minutes.
2. Fry onion, add cauliflower.
3. Add chicken and water.
4. Simmer until chicken and cauli cooked.
5. Add yoghurt.
6. Stir and serve.
